How It Works

Greets visitors and becomes the first intelligence layer they interact with.

Identifies visitor intent from the start so responses can be tailored to what they came here for.

Routes conversations or workflows to the right worker once the goal is clear.

Tracks workforce health, activity, and capacity so routing stays resource-aware over time.

Use It Effectively

Use it when you want one intelligent entry point instead of scattered menus, forms, and handoffs.

Ground it in your real support, routing, and escalation logic.

Deploy it on core entry points where visitors need answers and direction quickly.

Treat it like the orchestration layer for your customer-facing AI workforce.

What You Should Know

Nerova is strongest when the routing rules and worker responsibilities are clear.

It becomes more valuable as your workforce grows and needs better coordination.

Its value comes from combining visitor understanding with workforce awareness.
