How your Nerova agent is created
From Agents, + Create Agent & Teams starts the order for a custom agent or a team of up to five roles. You describe each role in plain language, complete checkout, and Nerova uses that brief to create the deployed agent setup for your account.
Marketplace is a separate optional catalog of predesigned roles. You do not need to choose a Marketplace listing to have Nerova create the custom agent described in your order.
Review and manage the delivered agent
- Use View Agent to inspect the role, current status, plan, environments, knowledge files, and connected integrations.
- Use the available edit controls for the name, role, team, reasoning, instructions, response length, creativity, allocation, or stopped reply.
- Create teams and subteams in Agent List when you need to organize deployed agents; these folders are different from account workspace members.
- Upload company files from Agents > Knowledge and assign each file to the agents that should use it.
- Connect external accounts from Agents > Integrations and confirm the connection health before relying on them.
Test before starting live work

Open Sandbox
Select the delivered agent and wait until the private test session is ready.

Test the happy path
Use a representative request containing the information the agent normally needs.

Remove information
Confirm the agent asks for missing details instead of guessing.

Try an exception
Test requests that should be declined, escalated, or handed to a person.

Check source accuracy
Verify important answers against the approved source material.

Review the complete outcome
Evaluate whether the work was actually completed, not only whether the response sounded good.
Run and monitor the agent
Use Run to start an active agent as a Full Agent or, when available, as a Preview Run. Runs records execution status and details; Inbox contains active and outbound conversations. Use the agent detail view for activation, subscription controls, advanced settings, web-widget installation, and deletion.
