Current notification channels
Important account and agent alerts are delivered in the Nerova app and by email. These operational messages are automatic so critical changes are not hidden by optional preferences.
Use the notification center
- Review unread items for account, agent, billing, and security events.
- Open the related area when an alert requires action.
- Mark messages as read after the issue has been reviewed.
- Use mark-all-read only after confirming there are no unresolved alerts.
SMS is not currently available
SMS notification preferences are disabled until SMS delivery is implemented. Keep the account email current and monitor the in-app notification center for important events.
