Workspace members

Manage the people who can access a shared Nerova workspace without confusing them with agent teams.

Workspace members are not agent teams

Settings > Organization Settings and Team Members control human access to a shared Nerova workspace. Agent teams and subteams in Agent List organize the agents Nerova creates; they do not grant people access to the account.

Invite and manage members

    Open Organization Settings

    Review the current workspace and member list before making a change.

  2. 02

    Invite by business email

    Owners and managers can send workspace invitations to the intended person.

  3. 03

    Assign the minimum role

    Choose the least access needed for the person’s actual responsibility.

  4. 04

    Confirm acceptance

    Make sure the invitation was accepted into the intended workspace.

  5. 05

    Remove access promptly

    Change a role or remove a member when their responsibility ends.

Protect workspace ownership

  • Keep owner access limited and current.
  • Review agent, integration, and billing ownership before a member leaves.
  • Do not share individual credentials to avoid creating a proper workspace member.
  • Review the organization and member list before changing shared resources or access.
