Integration availability
Open Agents and choose the Integrations tab. This is the account connection area used by deployed agents. The services and connection methods shown there are the ones currently available to your account.
Connect a service
- 01
Open Agents > Integrations
Choose the service card you need to connect for a deployed agent.
- 02
Review requested access
Confirm the account and permissions are appropriate for the workflow.
- 03
Authorize or enter credentials
Complete OAuth or enter the provider credentials requested by the connection option shown.
- 04
Verify the connection
Return to Nerova and confirm the expected account, connection status, and health result are shown.
- 05
Test through the assigned agent
Use Sandbox or a controlled Preview Run before depending on the connection in live work.
Use least privilege
- Connect a dedicated business account when practical.
- Approve only the access required for the intended workflow.
- Review connected services when responsibilities or team ownership change.
- Disconnect services that are no longer used.
Provider-specific connections
The current Agents > Integrations implementation includes X, TikTok, and Gmail connection flows. Each provider controls its own permissions and may require a particular account type, app approval, API plan, or token.
- X connections can support publishing, replies, and direct-message workflows when the connected account and API plan allow those actions.
- TikTok connection options differ for creator, business, and shop workflows. Choose the option that matches the account you intend to operate.
- Gmail connections request only the Google permissions shown during authorization; sending workflows require send access.
- Use the identity shown after connection to verify that the intended business account—not a personal account—was authorized.
Disconnect an integration
Use the configuration controls on the connected service card to disconnect the stored Nerova connection. For OAuth providers, also review the provider’s connected-app settings when you need to confirm authorization has been revoked at the provider.
