Getting started

Create your Nerova agent, review its setup, activate it, and send the first controlled test.

Before you begin

Nerova creates the agent around the role you describe. Before starting checkout, decide what you would tell a new hire: the job to own, the outcome you expect, and the limits that require your approval.

  • Choose one primary role for the first agent.
  • Prepare your company website or company name and the role description requested during setup.
  • Collect any files the agent should use as company knowledge.
  • Identify integrations, public surfaces, and actions that need human approval.

Create and activate your first agent

  1. 01

    Create Agent & Teams

    Open Agents, choose + Create Agent & Teams, select Agent or Agent Team, and describe each role like you would to a new hire.

  2. 02

    Complete secure checkout

    Enter the requested contact and company information, review the monthly plan, and continue through Stripe. Agent setup is included.

  3. 03

    Open View Agent

    When the agent appears in your Agent List, open its detail view to review its role, status, environments, instructions, knowledge, and integrations.

  4. 04

    Activate the agent

    Use the activation control shown for the agent when it is deactivated or awaiting paid activation.

  5. 05

    Send a Sandbox test

    Open Sandbox, select the agent, and send a realistic message before starting a live run or installing a web widget.

Launch checklist

  • The Agent List shows the expected agent or agent team.
  • View Agent shows the correct role, status, and environments.
  • Assigned knowledge files show Ready rather than Processing or Failed.
  • Required integrations show the intended connected account and a healthy status.
  • A realistic Sandbox message completes with the expected behavior.
  • The person operating the agent knows how to use Runs and Inbox.
