What Contacts contains

Contacts is the structured record of people or organizations saved by supported agent workflows. Inbox remains the source for conversation history; Contacts is for reviewing and organizing the resulting records.

    Open Contacts

Use the agent filter to isolate records created for a specific workflow.

  2. 02

    Filter the decision state

For a selected agent, review qualified, ignored, or all available records.

  3. 03

    Inspect the source context

Confirm the available contact details, tags, agent, and originating workflow before follow-up.

  4. 04

Reload the list when you expect a newly saved or updated record.

Keep records useful

  • Use tags consistently within one workflow.
  • Do not treat an automatically saved record as verified without checking its source.
  • Follow your organization’s retention and consent requirements.
  • Use Inbox for conversation work and Contacts for structured review to avoid duplicate tracking.
