What branding controls

Branding lists the visual surfaces enabled for the account. Web Widget is the customer-facing chat surface available to agents whose environments include Web Widget. The separate Website surface is used only where the account exposes website content publishing.

Configure a web widget

   Open Branding

   Choose the web-widget surface from Branding in the Nerova app.

   Select a widget agent

   Only agents with Web Widget in their environment appear in the selector.

   Set the presentation

   Choose a template and configure popup header, input bar, launcher, closed bubble, thread bubbles, icon, position, and available colors.

   Review the live preview

   Check the launcher, closed bubble, popup, messages, input, contrast, and placement as you edit.

   Save

   Save the widget visuals to the selected agent before copying its installation code.

Separate design from installation

Branding also exposes Copy Code and installation-guide actions for the selected widget agent. Website installation explains where that generated code belongs on each supported site platform and how to verify the live result.
