Website installation
Copy the generated code for a web-widget agent, follow the built-in platform guide, and verify the live domain.

Before installation
- View Agent identifies whether the agent includes a Web Widget environment.
- The agent is active and has passed a Sandbox conversation test.
- The widget appearance is approved in Branding.
- You know who can publish code to the live website and monitor new Inbox conversations.
Open the web-widget installation controls
Installation controls appear only for an agent with Web Widget in its environments. Nerova generates the installation code for that specific widget. Do not reuse code copied from another agent.

Open View Agent
Select the deployed agent that shows Web Widget in its environment details.

Copy Code
Use the widget installation action to copy the generated script for that agent.

Choose the platform guide
Follow the built-in Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer, or Other instructions.

Send to a developer when needed
Use the email action to send the same installation instructions instead of manually rewriting them.

Publish the website
Add the code in the site-wide footer or body-end location specified by the selected platform guide, then publish.
Verify the deployment
- Open the production website in a private browser window.
- Confirm the widget launcher and open state match the saved Branding preview.
- Send a test message and verify the expected agent responds and the thread appears in Runs > Inbox.
- Check mobile and desktop layouts.
- Verify the test conversation appears in the appropriate Nerova inbox or reporting view.
