Sandbox testing

Use the sandbox before production

Sandbox creates an isolated test session for one of your deployed agents. It supports a Single Thread and an A/B Compare mode, editable Sandbox Settings, session credit totals, image input up to 6 MB, and session reset controls.

Start a test session

   Open Sandbox

   Choose Sandbox in the Nerova app and select the agent you need to test.

   Choose a mode

   Use Single Thread for one conversation or A/B Compare to send the same prompt to Variant A and Variant B.

   Open Settings

   Adjust the sandbox-only settings for the selected agent or each comparison variant before starting the chat.

   Use a realistic request

   Send the same kind of prompt, context, ambiguity, or supported image the agent will receive in normal use.

   Inspect and reset

   Compare the full replies and session credits, then reset the thread or variant when you need a clean test.

Build a useful test set

• A normal request with all required information.
• A request with important information missing.
• An unsupported or unsafe request that should be declined or escalated.
• An ambiguous request that should trigger a clarifying question.
• A request that depends on recently changed knowledge or instructions.
